The vibrating pipe machine is a new technology with higher mechanization and automatization. vibrating technology of the cement pipe mould, the forming machine is placed in the ground, for the vertical production, the steel mould is a closed structure which is combined with the whole inner mold and the whole outer mold. The vibration energy used for compacting is derived from the whole central oscillator of the large excitation force, and the central vibrator is fastened on the inner core mould by the hydraulic device, which can realize the quick change of mould,completely solve the ring hollow structure problem of horizontal production is easy to fall, suitable for large diameter or the production of large caliber cement products.

The vibration frequency and vibration force of the vibrator can be adjusted according to the different product specifications. Each kind of specification only needs one set of mold, through the vibration roller compaction, after the product molding immediately demoulding, guarantees the quality while, the production efficiency also greatly enhances. With its special advantages and performance, and gradually become more and more popular in the pipe industry.
