Application of block making machine
1.Material and welding:all material and spare parts selected according international CE standard ,Carbon dioxide protection
welding will assure whole line stable running.
2.Control PLC: we select original Mitsubishi PLC combine with independently develop machine control program ,assure stable and
high-efficiency working status.
3.Hydraulic system:hydraulic spare parts be ordered according our block machine characteristics from Taiwan.
4.Mould: newest heat treatment device and carburizing treatment will assure longer mould life span and ensure the strength of
mould reach to 54-58 HRC so that the mould can be used more than 100 thousand times.
During the production process, only the main motor is in working condition, and all other motors run intermittently, which saves energy and electricity.
The spreader, feeder, upper die and lower die of the cement brick making machine are all driven by the hydraulic system and run smoothly.
