1.ATAIRAC Wet Type Sand Making Plant Introduction

Wet style artificial sand/aggregates plant adopts full steel structure with little dust and noise, which has the advantage of smart working flow, quick installation and high production efficiency. The finished product features with good shape, consecutive grade of granularity and adjustable fineness modulus.
 
This production line utilizes fine sand recovery device and is designed in the form of horizontal style. The comprehensive methods are applied to reduce noise and  vibration, and lower the dust emission.

  2. Difference between dry sandmaking and wet sandmaking
     
     
    At present, the commonly used artificial sand making methods can be divided into two types: dry sand making and wet sand making. The dry sand making process starts later than the wet process. The dry sand making process is further promoted on the basis of the wet sand making process. The wet production process is suitable for areas with abundant rainwater resources in the south.
