The extrusion line consists of high efficiency conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibration, spraying water cooling tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary cutting machine , pipe stacker and trolley.
It adopts PLC control system and HMI for whole extrusion line, synchronization function realized, as well as the winding machine. It helps the group machine production management and quality control.
