Product Description

Product brief introduction 

1. Adopt synchronous pressure, 24 rows of shaft forming, flat plate surface, no wrinkle, no painting phenomenon.

2. The fuselage is welded with 450mmH steel and the middle plate is welded with 18mm steel.

3. The shaft USES 45# steel; the processing rear shaft body size ∅95mm; the mold wheel USES 45# steel for processing and forming; the surface is plated with hard chromium; quenching treatment.

4. The drive adopts 2-inch sprocket wheel and chain drive (external mounted), and 2 8#11Kw planetary cycloidal reducer, with smooth movement and no noise.

5. The middle plate is connected with cast iron pull plate to ensure that the machine does not deform when working.

6. The transmission bearing adopts high-quality 213 high-speed double-sealed bearing, which is maintenance-free to extend the machine life.

7. The shearing hydraulic system adopts the cdf-10 gear pump, the motor power is 4Kw, the noiseless operation is smooth, the service life is long, the shearing adopts the middle plate welding double cylinder and the heavy duty.

8. The computer control system adopts PLC frequency converter control system with high intelligent industrial electronic programmer. The operation is simple, the accuracy is accurate, the performance is stable, the length precision is less than 2mm, and the plate speed is 6-12m/min.

9. Apply 0.3mm-1.6mm color coated board or galvanized board.
