Our extrusion line adopts Celuka foam technology, which can produce a kind of PVC/WPC foam boards with superior quality. These processes result in a "skinning" or outer layer of foam board and it achieves excellent surface hardness, rigidity and toughness and more scratch-resistance. This kind of furniture foam board has smooth and shining surface with characteristics of lightweight, scratch-resistant, durable, water and weather resistant, anti-corrosion, impervious to salts, insects and many chemicals including some acids. PVC WPC foam board can be nearly 100% recycled and reused. Besides, PVC WPC office foam board can be worked like wood with the tools for wood. It's suitable for sawing, cutting, nailing, screwing, planning and sticking. It's the perfect substitute for wood plates and steel plate.

lntroduction of  PVC foamed board .
This is a completely waterproof material, because it is plastic, it is widely used in the place of the outside balcony, Plank Road, a swimming pool, lake, beach, ship deck and so on.

PVC foam board has such characteristics as sound separation, sound absorption, heat separation.
The material is incombustible, it is safe for use.
All series of products have property of moisture proof, mildew proof, water resistance; its vibration resistant effect is good.
All series of products have property of weathering proof, its luster may remain forever,and it is not easy to be ageing.
This product is light, storage & transport, construction are rather convenient.
This product can be worked with normal tools for wooden material.
Drilling, sawing, nail, bonding can be conducted like wooden material.
It is suitable for thermal shaping, thermal bending and fold processing.
It can be welded; it can also be bonded with other pvc material.
