Some details about our manual block machine 40-1

We use Q235 steel in machine architecture, and the average thickness is 10mm, which guarantee the durability of the machine. We use Q245 steel in making moulds, which make sure that the moulds can running 100,000-150,000 times.
For hollow block moulds, heat treatment and carburizing technology is applicated, and wire cutting process used in paving brick moulds, the mean error <1mm.
For large and complex fully automatic machine, we provide overseas after-sales installation services, small semi-automatic machines, our engineers will help installing by remote guidance.
