Product Description

                                                 hydraulic curbstone machine

Machine Structure:
1. We adopted imported parts from Germany in some critical parts of our machine to enhance
its durability and performance
2. The main frame is built of strong hollow and rectangle steel with thickness 200*200mm with
10mm
3. Adding 2 pcs of guiding shafts and one adjusting wheel on each side ,so it can be very easy
and faster to adjust the materials feeder height.
4. Vibration source (Vibration table) is isolated with the main frame to prevent the destructive
vibration damage on the main frame
5. Complex structural mechanic design is applied on the vibration table instead of traditional
one to strengthen the table and reduce its self weight

Control System:
Siemens PLC intelligent panel. Man-machine interface, control system equipped with
complete logic control, production program, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control
function.

Vibration system:
1. The vibration table is equipped with 3 pcs of airbags in each side, it can perfectly absorb the
vibration and protect the machine.
2. There are vibrator and vibration case and extra 2 pcs of Cardan shaft and one Synchronous
box, which can increase the vibration synchronization.
3. Using dry vibration case, so running faster and no oil leaking .
4. Adding 5 more Over-pressure-proof supports on the bottom-mould support platform and the
supporting bar with heat treatment (more durable and make sure no pallet broken when
demoulding )

Maintenance:
As regular and proper maintenance and repair are keys to success for a factory, however, the
traditional designs of the machine cannot fulfill the above needs. Therefore, we have a series
of modification to solve those problems
1. All the parts were designed to be easily changeable
2. We changed the bolts and nuts design from welding
3. All the parts were tool and worker accessible
