Cement Clinker grinding plant

Cement Clinker grinding plant is an individual independent cement finished products production units of the formation of finally finished stage of cement production line. This phase will add the cement clinker with proper amount of mixed materials to be grinded for cement finished product.

The production of cement, generally can be divided into raw meal preparation, clinker calcining and finished cement three processes, etc. Silicate cement production technology is representative in the cement production, is a limestone and clay as the main raw material, through crushing, ingredients, which takes limestone and clay as the main raw materials, through crushing, burdening, grinding to fine particles to get the raw meal, then feeds into the cement kiln to calcination to get the cement clinker, mix some gypsum into the clinker(sometime with mixed materials and admixture) to grind into portland cement.

The layout of the cement production is to build cement clinker production line near the mining plant, build cement grindigstation near the cement sale market, so as to reduce the transportation cost.

The cement company can be divided into four kinds: cement plant/factory, cement clinker plant, cement grinding station and cement preparation plant.

Cement grinding station includes: cement grinding, cement homogenization and preparation, cement packing and and bulk cement manufacturing process.

Brief introduction of cement grinding plant process flow:

1.Clinker storage

 Clinker will be unloaded into the hooper by wheel loader after being stored in the cement factory, then will be fed into the different silo by belt and bucket elevator .

2.cement clinker and mixed materials storage

Gypsum will be unloaded into the hooper after being stored in cement plant, then will  be fed into the different silo by belt and bucket elevator through being crushed by jaw crusher.

3. Raw material blending 

Five materials blending bins for clinker,gypsum and volcanic ash, Speed governable belt balances will be used at the bottom of the material blending bins. Raw materials will be blended according to requirements and fed onto the raw mill system by belt conveyor.
