QT4-25H block machine is a new block molding machine that combines power saving and big capacity.PLC system is intergrated,
controls the block making and other operations.
This machine is powered by 3 phase electricity,driving a seperate hydraulic system that carry out block forming,pallet feeding on&off,material feeding on&off,color face adding.
Full plant contains 3  machines:
1.Qt4-25H block machine,presss mortar into brick/blocks.
2. 6 meter length belt conveyor,transports mortar to block machine.
3. 1.5m diameter concrete mixer,makes concrete from stone,sand,cement,water.

one hollow block mold,and one box of spare parts.
