45-157.5 degree automatic cutting machine for curtain wall
Mainly used for profiles cutting, such as aluminum, PVC and curtain wall profiles.
Saw blades be installed on the motor directly, with the lever swing mode for cutting.
The high accuracy imported saw blades result high accuracy cutting.
The speed reducer be driven by Imported servo motor, results any angle could be cut between 45°~157.5°
The Imported control system could optimize the profile cutting.
Several profiles size could be input in once, so the cuttings could be finished continuous.
Input the cutting datas you need directly, do not need back to reference point first when changing the cutting length.
The ball screw be driven by imported servo motor drives the saw head, results high speed and high accuracy for repeat locating.
With bar code printer, result a digital production.
