CNC Welding and cleaning production machine for upvc window and doorThe production line consists of a welding unit, a conveying unit (transporting table) and a corner seam cleaning unit, which are used to complete the welding, conveying and corner cleaning of the plastic door and window rectangular frame (or fan).
The welding unit body is horizontally arranged, and the welding of one rectangular frame can be completed in one clamping.
The machine adopts the torque detection technology to realize the automatic pre-tightening of the four corners, ensuring the welding precision.
The corner seam cleaning unit is equipped with a three-axis six-knife high-efficiency servo drive system that automatically achieves quick cleaning of almost all welds of plastic doors and windows.
Optional: The welding unit can be customized according to the user's needs.
