Product Description

         Cement Vertical Mill in Cement Grinding Station
 

Cement grinding station is a separate production unit of cement final product, this phase will add an appropriate amount of cement clinker grinding mixed materials, and output of end cement products. Cement production, the general line can be divided into raw material preparation, clinker and cement made three processes.Silicate cement production technology in cement production representative, is composed of limestone and clay as the main raw material, crushing, batching, grinding into raw material, and then feeding mature cement kilns burning material, and then cooked add appropriate amount of gypsum materials (sometimes mixed with mixed materials or additives) from Ground.

 

Brief introduction of cement grinding station  process flow:

After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator. When the grinding mill is at work, all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring, and the materials are driven to the edge of the turnplate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers.

The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air within the grinding mill and, in turn, the air flow with crushed materials are brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector. At the same time, the fine powders clinging to the surface fall down by the sudden vibration of the filter bags, which is caused by the instantly ejected high-pressure gas controlled by the pulse valve.

Introduction of cement vertical mill:

The vertical mill produced is air-swept type, widely used in the grinding of raw cement, slag, cement clinker, raw coal and other raw materials.   The vertical mill adopts dynamic powder selecting device, which comes with high powder-selecting efficiency and convenient adjustment of fineness. It has advantages of high grinding efficiency, saving 20~30% power consumption compared with the ball mill,strong drying capacity, mulfunction, such as crushing, drying, grinding, separating and conveying, low noises and little dust, no direct contact between the grinding rollers and grinding disc, so metallic impact is avoided and its noises is 20~25 decibels lower, low wear rate and little metallic pollution.
